Lifestyle Photography

This is for businesses that want photos showing their brand in action — the people, the energy, the feeling of being a customer. Think restaurant ambiance, fitness studio community, hotel experience, or a local boutique's lifestyle.

If your shoot also involves a specific product as the star of every shot, take a look at Lifestyle Product Photography below — that might be an even better fit.

Lifestyle Product Photography

This is for brands or creators who have a specific product they want photographed in a real-world setting — not on a plain white background. Your product is always the center of attention; everything else (the setting, the props, any people) exists to make it look its best.

Perfect for e-commerce, packaging, social media, and ad campaigns.

Couples & Lifestyle

This is for you. The photos are for you — to print, keep, share with family, and look back on. It doesn't matter if we shoot downtown, at Red Rock, or anywhere else in Las Vegas. The location is just the backdrop. What we're capturing is the two of you.

Adventure Photography

This is for shoots where the landscape, the activity, or the experience is the whole point — not just a backdrop. Think dramatic canyon shots, outdoor campaigns, tourism content, or images where the environment is as important as the person in it.

If a brand or company is behind this shoot, this falls under commercial photography and licensing applies. If it's just you wanting epic personal shots outdoors, reach out and we'll figure out the right fit together.

01
Adventure Photography
When the place or experience is the story

Adventure photography is about capturing a place, an activity, or an experience — not just the people in it. The environment is the main character. These shoots tend to be outdoors, often in dramatic locations, and the goal is imagery that makes someone feel the energy of being there.

This is you if…
  • You're a brand that wants to promote an outdoor experience or destination
  • You need photos of someone doing an activity — hiking, climbing, running, etc.
  • The landscape is as important as the people in the shots
  • You're a tourism company, outdoor gear brand, or travel content creator
This probably isn't you if…
  • You just want photos of you and your partner at Red Rock — that's Couples
  • You have a product you want photographed outdoors — that's Lifestyle Product
  • You want photos for your restaurant or studio — that's Lifestyle
Real example

A Las Vegas tourism company wants images of people exploring Valley of Fire to use in their marketing campaigns. The canyon walls, the light, the sense of scale — that's what the photos need to sell. That's Adventure Photography.

Compare that to a couple who wants their engagement photos taken at the same canyon. Same location — completely different shoot. That's Couples.

02
Lifestyle Photography
When you want to show what your brand feels like

Lifestyle photography is for businesses that need photos showing their brand in action. Not posed headshots or product shots — but real moments that capture the energy, personality, and feeling of being a customer. It's the kind of photography that makes someone scroll past your Instagram post and think "I want to be there."

This is you if…
  • You own a restaurant, café, fitness studio, salon, or hotel
  • You need content for your website, social media, or marketing materials
  • You want photos that show people enjoying your space or service
  • You're a local business that needs fresh, professional brand imagery
This probably isn't you if…
  • You sell a physical product — take a look at Lifestyle Product instead
  • You're a couple wanting personal photos — that's Couples
  • You need dramatic outdoor/location shots — that might be Adventure
Real example

A boutique hotel in Las Vegas wants photos of guests relaxing by the pool, enjoying the lobby bar, and experiencing the rooms — imagery they'll use on their website and Instagram. The goal is making future guests imagine themselves there. That's Lifestyle Photography.

03
Lifestyle Product Photography
When your product needs to be the star

Lifestyle product photography is for brands that have a specific product they want to show off — but in a real, lived-in environment rather than a plain studio. Every shot is built around making your product look its absolute best. The setting, the lighting, the props — they all exist to support the product, not compete with it.

This is you if…
  • You sell a physical product online or in stores
  • You need photos for your website, Amazon listing, or social ads
  • You want your product to look aspirational, not clinical
  • You're launching a new product and need a full image library
This probably isn't you if…
  • You don't have a specific product — you just want brand imagery (that's Lifestyle)
  • You need white background studio product shots — this is real-world, not studio
  • It's for personal use — this category is always commercial
Real example

A skincare brand launching a new serum wants images of the bottle on a marble surface, in a sunlit bathroom, styled with complementary props — the kind of shot that stops someone mid-scroll. The serum is in every single frame. That's Lifestyle Product Photography.

04
Couples & Lifestyle
When it's just the two of you

This one's simple. No brands, no products, no campaigns. Just you and your person — photographed in a way that actually looks like you, feels like you, and gives you images you'll want to print large and keep forever. Las Vegas is an incredible backdrop, and we'll use it well.

This is you if…
  • You just got engaged and want photos that aren't cheesy
  • You want to celebrate an anniversary, birthday, or just because
  • You've never had professional photos taken and this feels like the moment
  • You're visiting Las Vegas and want something to remember it by
This probably isn't you if…
  • You're an influencer and these photos will be used to promote a brand deal — that's commercial
  • You want solo portraits — reach out and we can discuss
Real example

A couple visiting Las Vegas for their anniversary wants to do a sunset shoot at Red Rock Canyon. The canyon is stunning — but it's just the setting. What we're really capturing is them: the way they look at each other, the laughing, the quiet moments. Those photos go on their wall at home. That's Couples.

We're a couple, but we're also influencers. Which is it?

If the photos will be used to promote a brand, a product, or a paid partnership — even if it's your own personal brand — that's commercial photography. If the photos are genuinely just for you personally and won't be used in any kind of promotion, that's Couples. When in doubt, just mention it when you reach out and we'll figure it out together.

I want outdoor shots for my brand — is that Adventure or Lifestyle?

Ask yourself: is the outdoor location part of the brand story, or just a nice background? If your brand is about the outdoors — gear, fitness, travel, exploration — and the environment itself tells your story, that's Adventure. If you just want your team or your product photographed somewhere beautiful outside, that's closer to Lifestyle or Product. Not sure? Reach out and describe what you're going for — I'll tell you exactly which fits.

I need photos of my product being used by a person. Which is that?

Still Lifestyle Product Photography. The person is there to show the product in use — they're part of the scene, not the subject. As long as your product is the reason for the shoot, it falls under product photography regardless of whether a person is in frame.

I'm not sure what I need — I just know I need photos.

Completely fine. Tell me what the photos are for — what you want to do with them once you have them. That single answer usually tells me everything I need to point you in the right direction. Just reach out below.

Still not sure? Just ask.
